We are not available between 12.30pm and 1.30pm every Wednesday due to staff training.

The Customer Contact Centre is open 24 hours a dayFrom 8am – 8pm (Monday to Friday) you can report all types of repairs.

Between 8pm and 8am Monday – Friday and at weekends we only take emergency repair calls. If your repair is not an emergency, you will be asked to call back the next working day.
