Your Rights

If we hold personal information about you, you have the right to view this information.
If you want to view your information you should contact Harden Housing Association on
0121 457 4600. There is a £10 charge for this service to help towards administration costs and we will respond to you within 40 days of receiving your completed request form and £10 fee.

You have the right to know what and why information is collected, why it is used and who the information may be shared with.
