Transfers and Mutual Exchanges

If you decide to move home there are a number of options open to you:

• A transfer to another home rented from us or one of the other partner associations within WM Housing Group 
• A mutual exchange where you can swap your home with another housing association tenant or council tenant 
• End your tenancy with us and then rent from another housing association or council 
• Purchase a property outright on the open market 
• Purchase a property through a shared ownership scheme
