A measure of commitment to personal development from both Harden and our colleagues is in the achievement of skills and learning to qualifications at all levels in the organisation.

In 2009 the qualification that have been gained by our employees are:

• 2 employees have achieved NVQ level 2 in Business Administration
   
• 1 employee has achieved NVQ level 5 in Management
   
• 1 employee has achieved BTEC National Certificate in Building Studies
   
• 1 employee has achieved BTEC National Certificate in Construction
   
• 1 employee has achieved their Diploma in Management
   
• 1 employee has achieved HNC in Construction
