From April 1st, following consultation with customers, Harden Housing Association has merged with Optima Community Association.
We are now one of the largest social landlords in Birmingham managing more than 4,700 affordable homes across the West Midlands. We are proud to be a key regeneration partner
in the city.

Harden Housing are using Silver Dialogue to conduct satisfaction surveys on our behalf. Silver Dialogue will be telephoning a random selection of customers every three months. We want to know what matters to you and help us identify what we need to focus on.

An ambitious £17.2 million six-year regeneration project, which has transformed a council estate in the shadow of the former Rover factory in Birmingham, has been completed.
