Harden Housing Association Limited is registered with the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), a government agency which supervises and provides funding and guidance to housing associations.

The homes we provide include flats, houses, retirement homes and shared supported housing in the cities, towns and villages within West Midlands. The rents we charge are intended to be affordable for people with low incomes.

About a thousand people apply to us for housing each year and we have a waiting list, however we will only accept people onto the waiting list if there is a reasonable chance that we will be able to house them within the year.
